Are you in your early 40's? Late 20's? What exactly are the rules?
Here are the official guidelines.

Where x= the 10s column value of your age. x=5 if you are in your 50s. |

For instance, 32 years old is "Mid Early Thirties".
29 would be "Late Late Twenties".
37 would be "Early Late Thirties".
